Concept planning of a purpose built 8,000-sq.m site with multiple temperature zones for Gillespies Fruit and Vegetable at Arndell Park in Sydney’s West.

Potential sites were then evaluated with our client then negotiating directly with the developer. Our concept was adapted to the site.

The completed site was occupied within 12 months of our commencing the concept development, which was considered a fast track project.
